Copper River Salmon Pre-Order
Copper River timeline:
Early May - We will start pre-selling a limited amount of Copper River King and Sockeye, that will be shipped in the last two weeks of May. We will announce it to our VIP email list first (that's you). It usually sells out fast because we only put a conservative amount up for pre-sale since we don't know what the season will be like.
Mid-May - The Copper River King and Sockeye season will open around May 15th, depending on the returning salmon numbers. The fish returns are monitored daily and we only open when the target numbers are being hit for sustainability.
End of May - We will be shipping both frozen and fresh (never frozen) Copper River King and Sockeye the last two weeks of May. We start by shipping pre-orders first, and then offer more King and Sockeye as we catch it. If you miss the pre-sale, watch for emails during this time.
Copper River salmon is the best in the world, and also the first salmon to spawn and be commercially available in the spring. For this reason, there is a lot of enthusiasm and pent up demand when the fishing season opens in mid-May. We ship our orders out first come- first served, and by placing a pre-order you are securing your place in line.
Pre-orders are charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed.
We will send you an email before your order is shipped.
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the fish is available by order number. Fresh pre-orders ship in the last two weeks of May only. We do not ship any fresh fish after June 1st. Frozen pre-orders are shipped after June 1st, depending on availability, and until sold out (timing depends on the season).
We ship pre-orders upon availability, usually Mondays thru Wednesdays. You can specify the week you would like to receive your pre-order, and we will do our best based on availability, but can not guarantee we will be able to comply with your request. You can make requests and add shipping details to the note section of your order.

June - Pre-order Copper River king and sockeye salmon, FROZEN
